All products are laboratory reagents for research use only – not dietary supplements, drugs, food or cosmetics; not for human/animal consumption. This classification is accepted with the order.
Product information does not constitute a legal offer. By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to purchase.
The seller confirms that all products have the required certificates of analysis (CoA).
The seller is not liable for the consequences of improper use, in particular not for consumption.
Prices are offered in euros (EUR) as the base currency and alternatively in other currencies (e.g. USD, GBP, PLN, SEK). The customer can select the desired currency using the currency selector in the store.
All prices and delivery costs include VAT.
EU VAT applies to EU deliveries. Deliveries to companies registered for VAT in other EU countries can be taxed at 0% (with a valid VAT ID number).
The price displayed and confirmed at the time of ordering in the currency selected by the customer is binding and will not change due to subsequent exchange rate fluctuations or store price changes. The invoice will be issued in the currency selected when the order is placed.
Exchange rates for conversion into alternative currencies are updated daily.
In the event of a withdrawal or refund, this will be made in the same currency in which the payment was made.
In the case of promotional discounts, the lowest price of the previous 30 days is also displayed.
Orders can be placed around the clock using the order form.
Account registration is not required.

The customer places an order in accordance with §3.
The seller shall immediately confirm receipt by e-mail.
This confirmation of receipt binds the customer to the order. It contains: Order confirmation, withdrawal form and GTC with information on the right of withdrawal.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives the confirmation e-mail.
A proof of purchase (invoice with VAT) is sent electronically.

Shipping is free of charge for all orders — there is no minimum order value. This applies to all regions and countries we deliver to.

For consumers: Risk is transferred upon handover to the consumer/named person.
For business customers: Risk is transferred upon handover to the carrier.
In the event of loss/damage, business customers are obliged to take the necessary steps to establish the carrier’s liability.
The seller is liable to consumers for any lack of conformity within 2 years of delivery.

Complaints should contain detailed information (type, date of defect, contact details, order number).
The seller shall reply immediately, at the latest 14 days after receipt. No reply shall be deemed as acceptance.
The consumer may initially demand repair or replacement. Price reduction or withdrawal only in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act (e.g. in the event of significant lack of conformity).
If the complaint is justified: the seller shall bear the repair/replacement/shipping costs or refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Even outside the statutory warranty, the seller shall examine complaints on a case-by-case basis and may offer goodwill in cases of doubt (e.g. credit note, partial refund or replacement delivery), particularly in the case of long-standing customers or cases of particular hardship. There is no legal entitlement to goodwill services.
Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 31 days without cause.

The seller bears the return costs (free return shipment).
The attached withdrawal form (see end of these GTC) can be used to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Seller refunds price and standard shipping costs via the same means of payment and in the same currency.
Refund within 31 days after withdrawal. Seller may refuse until product is returned or proof of return is provided.
Additional shipping costs (selected for premium shipping) will not be refunded.

Exchange of one product for another is possible within the withdrawal period, provided that the seal of the originally delivered product is intact.

Users must use the store in accordance with the law, respect personal and property rights, provide truthful information and not make any illegal content available.

The service provider shall process the request immediately, at the latest 14 days after receipt.
Open-ended contracts (account) can be terminated.
Users can cancel with immediate effect, without cause, via e-mail.

Service provider can terminate business customer contracts immediately, without cause.
